In the absence of access to justice, people are unable to have their voice heard, exercise their rights and challenge discrimination. Access to justice, free legal aids and legal empowerment remove social injustice. CSEPR focuses on strengthening access to justice for women and men belonging to disadvantaged groups by developing strategies that address barriers to accessing justice in legal, social, economic and political domains. We directly empowering the marginalised sections to seek and demand justice by promoting legal culture through our network of lawyers and community justice workers in various parts of the country.
